Contrast therapy means alternating sauna heat and cold immersion. At Elemntal Wellness, both sauna bookings include a private cold plunge, so the experience stays within your private booking.
Ruby Retreat’s cold plunge is inside the suite alongside its rain shower. Turquoise Tide has one private cold plunge inside the suite and two rain showers.
The menu also lists a separate 15-minute cold plunge service at $10. Confirm availability and appointment details with the studio; this is separate from a full sauna booking.

What is the difference between Ruby Retreat and Turquoise Tide?
Ruby Retreat is a full-spectrum infrared suite with red light therapy, aromatherapy, chromotherapy, an in-room private cold plunge and a rain shower. Turquoise Tide is a fully private traditional Finnish sauna suite for 1–5 people, with an in-suite cold plunge and two rain showers.
How much does a sauna session cost in Salt Lake City?
Ruby Retreat 60-minute sessions are $55 for one person, $95 for two people and $140 for three people. Its 90-minute sessions are $75 for one, $115 for two and $155 for three. Turquoise Tide base prices are $30 for 30 minutes, $45 for 60 minutes and $55 for 90 minutes. Additional Turquoise Tide guests are $25 each; the suite accommodates 1–5 people.
