Both sauna suites at Elemntal Wellness are private. Choosing between them starts with the kind of heat you prefer, your group size and the time you want to set aside.
Start with the sauna experience
Ruby Retreat is a full-spectrum infrared suite. It includes red light therapy, aromatherapy and chromotherapy, with optional salt mist therapy. Your private cold plunge and one rain shower are inside the suite.
Turquoise Tide offers traditional Finnish sauna in a fully private suite. It has one private cold plunge inside the suite and two rain showers. Your booking is reserved for you and your guests.

Match the suite to your group
Ruby Retreat accommodates 1–3 people. Its single-session menu has separate prices for one, two and three guests, so choose the guest count as well as the appointment length.
Turquoise Tide accommodates 1–5 people. Its single-session menu lists a base price and an additional-guest charge. Ask the studio how many guests are included in the base price before booking. A suite’s maximum capacity and the guests included in an offer are different details; confirm both when planning a shared visit.
Choose the time for your visit
Ruby Retreat single sessions are 60 or 90 minutes. Turquoise Tide single sessions are 30, 60 or 90 minutes. Turquoise package and membership options list visits up to two hours; those offer details belong to the selected package or membership.
Choose the appointment length shown for your booking. If you’re planning another service on the same visit, ask the team to coordinate the available appointments. A listed appointment time does not mean you should spend that entire time in the sauna or cold plunge; contact the studio for guidance on your visit.
What about the cold plunge?
The cold plunges are kept between 43–55°F. Each sauna suite has its own private plunge for the booking. The menu also lists a separate cold plunge service; that is a different selection from a full sauna appointment.
