Ruby Retreat is a private full-spectrum infrared suite with red light therapy, aromatherapy, chromotherapy, an in-room cold plunge and a rain shower. Optional salt mist therapy is available. Turquoise Tide is a fully private traditional Finnish sauna suite for 1–5 people, with two rain showers and one in-suite private cold plunge. Compare the sauna rooms.

Yes. Ruby Retreat and Turquoise Tide are private sauna bookings, and both have a private cold plunge reserved for you and your guests.

Ruby Retreat 60-minute sessions are $55 for one person, $95 for two people and $140 for three people. Its 90-minute sessions are $75 for one, $115 for two and $155 for three. Turquoise Tide base sessions are $30 for 30 minutes, $45 for 60 minutes and $55 for 90 minutes; additional guests are $25 each. Turquoise Tide accommodates 1–5 people.
