A single visit, a prepaid package and membership access each answer a different planning question. Start with how you want to use your time, then check the exact terms of the offer you’re considering.
A single session starts with one appointment
If you’re choosing a particular day, a single sauna visit lets you focus on the suite, appointment length and guest count for that booking. Ruby Retreat offers 60- and 90-minute single sessions; Turquoise Tide offers 30-, 60- and 90-minute single sessions.
The sauna menu lists prices for those appointments. Read the guest details carefully, especially when booking with someone else. The maximum number of people a suite accommodates does not establish how many are included in every price.
A package sets aside a defined number of visits
The sauna package menu lists three- and six-session bundles. Ruby Retreat has options for 60- and 90-minute visits; Turquoise Tide package visits are listed as up to two hours. These sauna packages expire in six months.
Before choosing a bundle, ask when the expiry begins, what guest count is included and how appointments are reserved. Confirm any additional-guest pricing. Package inclusions should be checked on their own rather than inferred from the single-session menu.
The broader package menu also includes beauty offers. Those have their own services and expiry rules. A pedicure package, for example, is a defined set of treatment vouchers rather than sauna access. Visit the package page to compare the current listings.
A membership has its own access terms
The sauna membership menu lists unlimited Ruby Retreat sessions of 60 or 90 minutes, plus Turquoise Tide sessions up to two hours. It states per-person access and a three-month expiry. Billing frequency, renewal and the access start date still require confirmation with the studio.
A three-month expiry is not, by itself, a monthly billing period. Before enrolling, ask the team to explain how payment, access and renewal work for your selected option. The website keeps that distinction visible so you can make a decision with the terms in front of you.
A separate Six Month Wellness Pass is also listed. Contact Kimberly to review its benefits and current terms rather than assuming that it works like one of the sauna options.
Ask these questions before purchasing
- Which suite or service is included?
- How many visits, or what type of access, does the offer provide?
- Who can use it, and are any guests included?
- When does access begin and when does it expire?
- What payment, renewal and reservation terms apply?
There isn’t one answer that fits every visit. A package may suit a planned set of appointments; membership access needs a closer look at how you intend to book and use it. The team can explain the available options without you having to guess from an offer name.

Listed services, prices and appointment details can change. Confirm the selected service, final price and total appointment time with the studio when booking.
