Heat
Start with 60 or 90 minutes in the Ruby Retreat infrared sauna, or deep Finnish heat in Turquoise Tide. Warm muscles, open pores, slow breathing — add red light therapy, aromatherapy, chromotherapy, or salt therapy in the Ruby suite.

Plunge
Step into the cold plunge at 43–55°F for one to three minutes, then rinse off in the rain shower. In the Ruby Retreat, all of this happens inside your own private room. Repeat the heat–cold cycle as many times as feels good.

Restore
Finish with a massage — Swedish, deep tissue, hot stones, hot bamboo, or cupping — or a personalized facial guided by Chinese face mapping. Your body is warm, relaxed, and ready to receive the full benefit of the work.

Is the cold plunge private?
Yes — the cold plunges in both Ruby Retreat and Turquoise Tide are private, reserved for you and your guests. In Ruby Retreat, the cold plunge and rain shower are inside your own private suite, so you can move between heat and cold without leaving your room. All of our plunges are kept between 43–55°F.
Do I need to book in advance?
Contact the team or use the booking page to confirm availability before coming in. Both sauna rooms are private bookings for your party; call or text (801) 573-6923 to arrange your visit.
What should I expect on my first visit?
Choose your room and session length, and confirm your guest count with the team. Sauna visits include alkaline water, towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Contact the studio for preparation guidance and what to bring.
